Changing Passwords and other details

How do I change my password?

You can amend password under your ‘Account Details’:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Then select ‘Change Password’

I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

You can reset your password, by clicking on 'Login' and selecting 'Forgotten Password'
1. You will be sent a reset password email with a link (check your spam/junk folder)
2. Click on the link and reset your password

How can I change my contact details?

You can amend some of your details under your ‘Account Details’. 
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Then select the area you want to edit

Please note this will only change your details for your orders through the website, if you need to make a permanent change or require help with anything else please contact us during office hours.

How do I register?

How can I register to use the Portal?

Click on 'Register' and enter your details. This will be sent to Leslie R Tipping's Ltd Head Office, your registration will then be reviewed and approved or declined.

On receipt of notification it can take up to 5 working days.

Why have I been declined?

This website is for the Funeral Trade and associated businesses only.  Please contact us, if you think we have made the wrong decision.

How can I amend my delivery addresses?

You can amend your delivery address on check out, you can also edit your address under 'My account'

How can I amend my billing address?

When will my order be delivered?

Once your order has been processed by the Sales Team, your order will be delivered within 72 hours

What else do I need to know about shipping?

The cut off time for your order to be received and processed is 16:30

Why can't shipping options be loaded?

How do I pay?

If you are a new customer you will pay by credit card, using a secure card payment system.  If you are a trade approved customer you can add your Purchase Order at checkout and receive an invoice.

Why has my credit card transaction failed?

LR Tipping has signed up to use fraud prevention rules, through a secure card payment system, to process credit card transactions. Please check that you have correctly entered your credit card details and are signed up to 3D Secure with your credit card supplier/bank.

My transaction has failed, what do I do now?

Click on the 'try again' button and you will be returned to your 'cart', where you can go through the check out process again. If you are still having issues, please phone us: 0161 480 7629/0161 480 8230

Our design team will be in touch.  A design will be electronically created and sent for your approval.  Please note that once approved and printed, personalised products cannot be returned.

You can also work with the Design Team to come up with your own Bespoke design. Please note that once approved and printed, Bespoke products cannot be returned.

How can I see my basket?

You can select ‘Shopping Cart’ at the top on the screen to view your basket

How can I re-order?

You can reorder off your past orders. You can view your past orders in Order History under your Account Details:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Select ‘Orders’
3. Select ‘Details’ on the order you’re interested in
4. Then you can select ‘Re-order’
5. You can then edit your basket
